89% of patients say they have had enough support from local services or organisations in the last 12 months to manage their long-term condition
81% of patients find it easy to get through to the Practice by telephone
97% of patients felt the healthcare professional recognised or understood any mental health needs during their last appointment
WHERE PATIENT EXPERIENCE COULD IMPROVE
74% of patients were satisfied with the type of appointment they were offered.
We are very pleased with our 2018 patient survey results but as 26% of you said you were not satisfied with the type of appointments you were offered, we have now introduced more routine telephone slots and online access to appointments as well as the ongoing availability at our local GP Access Hubs.
We also now offer some Nurse appointments on a Monday evening to include NHS Health Checks
