Please do not attend the surgery unless you have spoken to a clinician and have a booked appointment
APPOINTMENTS - for the foreseeable future we have made changes to our Appointment System - please read the following:-
You will now be offered a telephone call with a Clinician.
If your matter is routine, you will be offered a telephone consultation within the next 4 weeks.
Urgent phone triage appointments are still available and those patients needing treatment will of course be seen by a Clinician.
We are no longer offering online appointments.
IF YOU ALREADY HAVE AN APPOINTMENT BOOKED AT THE SURGERY, please read the following:-
It is highly likely that you will be contacted by the practice and be offered a telephone consultation instead of a face to face appointment.
If your face to face consultation is maintained, please remember, you must not attend the surgery if you have either a high temperature or continuous cough - if you do, please contact us regarding your booked appointment.
- Social Distancing within our premises - when attending for your appointment, once you have checked in with reception, we ask that you remain in the waiting area until called rather than waiting in corridors.
