Due to the migration of the practices computer systems, Online Service/Patient Access accounts were disconnected on Wednesday 2nd December. We are working hard to reset these accounts and you will be notified via email when your account has been reset.
We will contact existing online users by email to provide you with instructions and new registration information. You will need to reset your Patient Access account by linking it to Harbour View. We envisage that this process may take up to 1-2months. In the meantime, you can email your repeat prescription requests to the practice. We thank you for your patience during this process, and apologise for any inconvenience. Whilst you wait for your online account to be reset, you may order prescriptions via email.
If you do not yet have your Online Access set up, please order a Repeat Prescription via email: Prescription Request Email (All requests must include your Name, DOB and full details of all medications required).
To Register with Online Services
You need to attend the surgery in person with two forms of identification 1) photographic 2) proof of address and ask at reception for a registration form. This provides all the information you need to register to use the EMIS Access internet facilities. During COVID-19, please refer to the COVID-19 section at the bottom of our Homepage on how to register for online services without bringing your ID to the surgery.
If you are housebound and unable to come to the surgery to register but would like to use the EMIS Access facilities, please contact the surgery and speak to a receptionist for more information.
IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED INSTRUCTIONS AND NEW PATIENT ACCESS DETAILS FROM THE PRACTICE VIA EMAIL, AND YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY RESET & LINKED YOUR PATIENT ACCESS ACCOUNT TO HARBOUR VIEW, YOU CAN USE THE ONLINE SERVICES BELOW. (EXCEPT Appts as this is disabled at present)
