Due to the migration of the practices computer systems, Online Services will be disconnected on Wednesday 2nd December for 1-2months.
As soon as the computer systems are merged we will begin contacting existing online users by email to provide you with a new registration number (PIN). You will then need to re-register with our online service provider Patient Access. We envisage that this may take 1-2months. In the meantime, you can email your repeat prescription requests to the practice. We thank you for your patience during this process, and apologise for any inconvenience.

To Register with our ONLINE Services (after mid December 2020 due the practice merge)
You need to attend the surgery in person with two forms of identification 1) photographic 2) proof of address and ask at reception for a registration form. This provides all the information you need to register to use the EMIS Access internet facilities.
If you are housebound and unable to come to the surgery to register but would like to use the EMIS Access facilities, please contact the surgery and speak to a receptionist for more information.
